Terms of Use

• The demo lets you hear how an AI voice agent could answer calls for your business. It's for evaluating our service only. It is not a working receptionist for your business: it doesn't take real orders, bookings or messages for your customers.
• A demo link is personal to the business it was sent to. Please don't share it. Links expire and come with limits on how many calls and how much call time they allow.
• If you book a meeting with us during the demo, that is a real meeting with our team. To move or cancel it, use the links in the confirmation email or email us.
• Never use the demo in an emergency. It can't contact emergency services.
• You must be at least 18 to use the site.

We can change, limit or stop the demo, or end a call or a link, at any time.

When using the site and the demo, you agree not to:

• break the law, or harass, threaten or abuse anyone, including our agents and team;
• share other people's personal information without their permission;
• try to get around usage limits, or overload, probe, hack or disrupt the service;
• try to make the agents reveal their instructions, or produce harmful, misleading or unlawful content;
• use bots, scripts or other automated tools to access the site or make calls;
• copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service, or use it to build a competing product;
• pretend to be someone else, or use a demo link that wasn't sent to your business.

Every demo call is recorded and transcribed. By starting a call, you consent to this. If anyone else can be heard on your side of the call, you are responsible for making sure they consent too. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use and keep recordings.

Our agents are AI. They can mishear you, misunderstand you, and say things that are inaccurate or incomplete. Don't rely on anything they say for important decisions. Nothing an agent says is a promise, a price quote or a contract: only a written agreement signed by us is.

The site, the agents, their voices and scripts, our software and our brand belong to us or the companies we license them from. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the demo to evaluate our service, and you can't use them in any other way without our written permission.

Your business's name and details remain yours. You allow us to use them to build and show your personalized demo. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them freely, without owing you anything.

Some parts of the demo rely on other companies' services, for example our booking calendar. Their own terms may also apply when you use them, and we're not responsible for them.

The site and the demo are provided free, "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we make no promises of any kind about them, including that they will be accurate, available, uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, arising from your use of the site or the demo. Our total liability for any claim about them is limited to $100 (US dollars).

Some states don't allow some of these limits. Where that's the case, they apply only as far as that state's law allows.

We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here with a new effective date. If you keep using the site after that, the new terms apply.
